Hello, I am Pepper, a junior Pokémon field researcher, sketching the Pokémon I see and study. Sharing these drawings with the world is my second greatest joy (the first being out in the field with my Pokémon team!) and I am here to take requests from you, for the Pokémon you would like to see and learn more about!
It is a goal of mine to have drawn EVERY Pokémon, at least once, but with more being discovered everyday, I might never finish! I hope not!
With my two Pokémon team, I cross the Pokémon World, studying Pokémon as they exist in the wild. My Charmander is my best friend, my first Pokémon, and a handy little field comrade. He helps me with everything from providing a flame for cooking, and protection from Wild Pokémon, to lighting my sketchbook at night so I can keep working. My other cohort is my new but very trusty Flygon. He is elderly but young at heart. He helps me travel and is very smart and sincere though it will take time for him to fully trust me.


I wanted to share with all of you my birthday fun!
I have never celebrated my birthday before, so this year was really fun! It all started with my boyfriend Matt buying me a Happy Meal and staying the night. He normally doesn’t stay because I have a roommate and a very tiny bed, but we got to cuddle all night and sleep in til almost noon! (all that alone was more than enough for me!) I got a Toothless How To Train Your Dragon toy! (chicken nuggets and apple slices)
When we got up he gave me my first two presents, a Mickey Mouse birthday card (squee!) and a Night Fury (toothless) toy from How To Train Your Dragon!! So excited! It is such a cute toy! He flap’s his wings and chomps! Gah! :3
We then went to the mall. We had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory, which he paid for (what a prince!) and I got this HUGE-ASS piece of cheesecake. It was two layers of Red Velvet cake and two layers of rich classic cheesecake. It was SO EFFING GOOD! I couldn’t finish it, of course, so I brought it home.
We then mall walked and he got me a little this a little that from different stores. I got two Star Wars posters for my ceiling along with another Paramore poster (favorite band!!) I got a Star Wars and a Dinosaur t-shirts and a purple dragon plush-animal backpack! I got unicorn key-caps for my apartment keys, and the best of all?
I GOT A MOTHER EFFING SCANNER!

Matt told me that he had looked through my DA (ick!) and had heard me talking about my desire to get back to doing my art and updating, but knew I was using my roommate’s scanner, so he decided to get me a printer/scanner for my birthday!!! OMFG! Do I have a keeper or what! I don’t deserve a guy this great!
So guess who is gonna have no excuse to not update regularly? Yeah, that’s right. XD
From Matt’s mother, I also got a pair of diamond earrings. FANCY!
I am so blessed to have such an incredible man. Like, he is the greatest thing to ever happen to me, and nothing he could have gotten me could compare to how rad he is! I wish there were some way I could compare.
When we got home from the mall we snuggled in his bed and watched Silent Hill. Then he tried to teach me to play Left4Dead 2 and I failed. 15% accuracy. Haha!
I’ll have to train.

Happy late Easter (zombie Jesus day!) everyone! I am watching Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and trying to organize my DA Gallery some. *headdesk* what a mess my profile is.
My birthday is this week.
Oh gosh, I'm going to be 24 years old.
I hate getting older.

My DA subscription was my birthday present to myself, and DA makes me happy, so I am doing my best to update frequently. It is never a "waste of money" to support DA, but spending 30$ on a subscription and not using it is just silly.

Who wants to draw me a picture for my birthday? lol.

Hey everyone! I'm back!! (heard this story before have you? ) no, this time it's for-real-yo!
i took a break, moved , started a relationship , quit a job , started a job , ran around like a maniac , broke my foot , and all around just went crazy!
i bought a new membership here , and i have been drawing lately, so I'll have to scan some of my crap and post it to share!

oh man, so much has happened this last year, it's too much to get into. just know that i am well, i am in love, and I'm actually enjoying life for the first time...like...ever!
this month i am turning 24, and so this DA membership was my birthday present to myself. I LOVE ME! so thoughtful.

I have had my RadioHead Cat for over 4 years now. I love that thing, don't get me wrong. I called him blinky and he is awesome, but I felt it was time to move on. I am in a transitional stage of life, and a DA avatar swap is the first step in much larger changes to come for me. The little octopus I chose is something that was sent to me a long time ago, via AIM. I feel there is some artist, somewhere, deserving credit, but I searched DA for "Octopus avatar" and "Octopus icon" and it didn't come up. If anyone knows who this little guy belongs to, please let me know, because no theft was intended.
With that said, I am not sure if I will keep the little guy. I'm looking for something with an octopus, but maybe not this one.
Anyways, just thought I would mention the change, since I'm sure there are people like me out there, who recognize other's by their icons, not their names, and avatar switches reek havoc on us.

I wasn't terribly impressed with the new HP trailer. For a movie that is not only PG, but chalked up as a Romantic Comedy, they are certainly hyping it up to be dark and scary. Test audiences don't agree. From everything I have heard, the movie sucks. My favorite book was raped by the WB. The bastards. For what? Money. They have no respect for the fan base, feel no obligation to properly represent the books while building their franchise. They just want to slap some bullshit together and bank on the fact that HP fans are astoundingly loyal, so they will make back -and then some- the money they invested in making this next piece of garbage film.
Fuck you, WB.


And why did they change the release date, AGAIN? (Now the 15th of July, rather than the 17th) Because the WB is trying to screw with my fucking vacation time. Bastards.
